I'm Einat and i have been walking and exploring these paths in the last 12 years.
I am a multidisciplinary person who researches and explores the interrelationships between spirituality, physical body and mind.
Through the diverse spaces I hold, I provide a space of supporting personal growth journeys through the landscapes of the body, mind emotions, thoughts and consciousness.
By living in many places, travelling around the world, intiating different business and projects, coming from a long background of movement and dance, coaching and working with so many people i combine many tools from the worlds of movement, consciousness, meditation and mindfulness
I'm a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. With a background in C.B.T (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), body and movement i bring a unique blend of expertise and empathy to my work. My mission is to empower individuals and businesses to overcome challenges, unlock their strengths, and achieve lasting success.
